Active Points Wellness is a wellness clinic of Licensed Acupuncturists that provide guidance and treatment within the legal scope of practice as regulated by the Washington State Board Of Acupuncture Examiners. Our advice is not a substitute for medical advice from a physician, and we do not diagnose medical conditions. Please consult a physician before beginning any exercise or diet program.

There are two types of information collected on this website:

1. Personally Identifiable Information

In some instances, the Active Points Wellness website collects personally identifiable information (such as email address and name). This information is only collected when volunteered by the user, for example, when completing the “Contact me” portion of the website and is only used to respond to an inquiry.

2. Non-personally Identifiable Information

This site also collects non-personally identifiable user information, such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, cookies, Internet tags and navigational data. This information is used for system management and to improve the content and navigation of the site. We do not match personally identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information. Active Points Wellness may use third party service providers and suppliers to facilitate this website or the services that Active Points Wellness provides. Any personally identifiable information you submit is for exclusive use by Revitalize Massage or other entities that are involved in the operation or fulfillment purposes of this site. It will not be shared with any other party, except if required by law or with written consent. We do not sell, trade or rent personal information about our users.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
